We grant Siedle a writ of mandamus ordering STRS to comply with Siedle's first investment managers request in the February 2021 letter and the first Panda Investments request in the June 2021 letter.

On June 2, 2021, Edward Siedle requested public records from the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio relating to the teachers' pension fund, as part of his forensic investigation of STRS Ohio. After STRS declined to provide all of the records requested, Siedle filed a Complaint for Writ Mandamus.
